Educator Resources is devoted exclusively to churches and Christian schools, serving as a broker and consultant for medical insurance packages. For those of you participating in the MMBB Premier Health insurance plan, medical insurance affects your decision about other benefits.  As CBB’s official provider of medical insurance, Educator Resources is now ready to help you evaluate your options. Educator Resources will consult with each of you individually on behalf of CBB. Your prompt response will ensure you have coverage in place on Jan. 1, 2008.

In order for Educator Resources to propose the best options to meet your needs, please complete the questionnaire and census information form and return them to by e-mail to contact@churchbenefits.org or by fax at (770) 220-1661 as soon as possible. Please express your needs or concerns on the forms.

Keep in mind that these new plans offered by CBB are flexible. You do not have to participate in retirement in order to participate in medical coverage and vice versa. You can select your services a la carte.
