A Journey of Self-Discovery, Professional Development, and Missional Leadership to Prepare Today’s Clergy for the Emerging Church

The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship has launched a new leadership development program modeled on the Center for Congregational Health’s Young Leaders Program.  Convergence will focus on the personal and professional development of leaders in congregations and related organizations.  The program will be highly interactive and includes four retreats during the year. 

Chris Gambill will be the lead faculty member.  Chris is an experienced pastor, missionary and campus minister.  He has been a consultant with the Center for more than 10 years.  Chris will be joined by Terry Hamrick and Bo Prosser, both senior leaders on the CBF staff, and experienced congregational leaders.  They will team with other leaders from the local area.
