An encourager church participates in the ministry with CBF Global Missions field personnel providing broad support – spiritually, relationally and financially through a formal partnership covenant.

Encourager church responsibilities include:

• Provide a system for prayer support.
• Provide a means for promotion of volunteer needs among congregants and others.
• Act as the primary point for encouragement and member care.
• Provide mutually agreed level of financial support.
• Give administrative support (e.g., newsletter, board members where needed, assistance in ‘off field assignment,’ etc.)
