Career service field personnel are Christians who sense the leadership of God to share their faith cross-culturally.
CBF Global Missions partners with churches and others in sharing the love of Jesus Christ among the most neglected peoples - the unevangelized and the marginalized of the world. The Global Missions Office can utilize a wide variety of training and experience on teams ministering with the most neglected.

Global Service Corps
The Global Service Corps (GSC) provides opportunities for service from one to three years in assignments that fill strategic needs all over the world. The GSC Program is a great option for all types of people - whether they are recently graduating from college or seminary, considering career mission service, approaching retirement, or even just wanting a break from their current career. No matter who you are, GSC is an exciting and challenging way to follow your calling.

As You Go Affiliate
An affiliate is a Christian who senses the leadership of God to share his or her faith cross-culturally. The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF) operates in a world without borders . . . global missions rather than home and foreign missions. We seek not to compete with nor duplicate the efforts of others. We operate in a team structure seeking consensus on ministry strategies. Our mission is to collaborate with churches and other groups to engage in holistic missions and ministries with the most neglected people in a world without borders.
AsYouGo Affiliate service offers a means for self-supporting personnel to serve through the CBF Global Missions field team structure. This may be through their career (tent making) as teachers, professors, business people, medical professionals, etc. It may also be through the direct financial support of partners. Regardless of support structure, theultimate goal is to have long term self sustaining ministry.
